Apreciado compatriota Gleen Rivas, reciba mis
saludos personales y felicitaciones calurosas por el Acto celebrado el pasado
martes 8 de agosto, en la Plaza Bolívar de Los Teques, donde se impusieron las
Condecoraciones "Ernesto Che Guevara" y "Jorge Rodriguez", a un grupo de
militantes revolucionarios. Le anexo un artículo relacionado son esa importante
actividad política bolivariana. Le agradezco gire instrucciones a su personal de
prensa y protocolo para que me hagan llegar algunas fotografías del mismo,
especialmente las que nos tomaron al final cuando usted se reunió con los
invitados frente a la estatua del Libertador. Muchas gracias.
